From here, direct access leads to the terrace. A well-equipped kitchen and living room area features a cooking island with a bar and an open-hearth fireplace, which serves a decorative purpose. This floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower room, and a separate WC. The ground floor bedroom benefits from its own private shower.

The upper floor features a gallery with charming sloping ceilings and satellite TV, creating a cosy additional relaxation area. This level hosts 4 further bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, 2 bedrooms each containing 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

What a fantastic house! We had a great week in Les Menhirs with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. All facilities catered for, plenty of space and the pool was amazing! We had a great table tennis competition with the provided equipment and the covered carport was a bonus. Ploumilliau itself was about a 30 min walk along the lanes, but worth it for the little village centre - we had a meal in La Gargouille restaurant which was excellent and the owner was very friendly. Croissants and bread from the bakery were also welcome in the morning! The Pink Granite Coast is amazing and we visited several beaches, our favourite being Tregastel. Can also recommend the coastal path for a walk. Monsieur Herve is an amazing host and on hand if you need him. Would totally recommend!
