The property comprises 11 rooms in total and was partly renovated in 2022, combining generous living spaces with cosy furnishings throughout.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads into a welcoming farmhouse lounge, a separate dining room, and a living room equipped with a flat screen satellite TV. The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a dining table, making it ideal for large group gatherings. This floor also features a shower room and a separate WC.

On the first upper floor, you will find 4 double bedrooms, each equipped with a hand-basin. This floor benefits from direct access to a large balcony and includes a shower room with a separate WC.

The second upper floor hosts 2 double bedrooms, each with a hand-basin, as well as 1 additional double bedroom with a hand-basin, and 1 large room with sloping ceilings containing 1 single bed, 1 double bed, and a hand-basin. This floor also provides access to a balcony and is served by a shower room with a separate WC.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
