The large, open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a Delonghi automatic coffee machine with coffee beans to grind, a raclette grill, a combination microwave, and a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is appointed with a dressing room, 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private bath and WC, cable TV, and direct access to the west-facing garden.

On the upper floor, the chalet offers 4 additional bedrooms. 1 bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a shower and WC, and cable TV. 2 bedrooms each contain 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private bath and WC, cable TV, and access to the south-facing balcony. The fifth bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm by 200 cm, a shower and WC, and cable TV. A box-room provides additional storage space within the property.

This vacation rental is comprehensively equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests. The living area is anchored by a traditional open-hearth fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings, while gas heating and floor heating ensure warmth throughout the entire chalet. Each of the 5 bedrooms is furnished with a cable television, and an additional TV is located in the main living and dining area, keeping all guests entertained throughout their stay.

The kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, making post-meal clean-up effortless, alongside a full suite of cooking appliances as described in the layout. A washing machine is available for guests requiring laundry facilities during longer stays. Outdoor living is equally well catered for, with terrace furniture, 2 deck chairs, and a barbecue available for al fresco dining and relaxation, complemented by partial views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

Additional facilities include an iron, a hair dryer, 2 children's high chairs, and 2 baby cots suitable for children up to 2 years old. Please be aware that the travel cots are provided without duvets, sheets, or mattresses. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property.

The chalet is a non-smoking property, and guests are kindly asked to respect this house rule throughout their stay. The property benefits from a south-facing orientation in the main living areas and balcony, as well as a west-facing aspect in the ground-floor bedroom, ensuring excellent natural light throughout the day.

Parking arrangements are generous, with space for 1 car in an outdoor parking area and a garage accommodating up to 3 cars, with a height clearance of 210 cm and a width of 255 cm. Guests should also be aware that building work is currently taking place approximately 30 m from the property, which may result in some noise during their stay.
