On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the chalet, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and electric shutters, with a direct exit to the garden. A separate WC is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom equipped with a dressing room and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private bathroom with bath and WC. This room benefits from a west-facing position and its own exit to the garden. Adjacent to the living area, a large open kitchen is fully equipped and serves as a central gathering space for the household.
On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each featuring its own private bathroom with bath and WC. Both rooms enjoy a south-facing position with direct access to the balcony, offering partial views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. A box-room is also available on this level for additional storage needs.

The fully fitted open kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a combination microwave, a raclette grill, a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese varieties, and a Delonghi automatic coffee machine with coffee beans to grind. A washing machine is also available for guests' convenience.
For relaxation and entertainment, each of the 3 bedrooms is fitted with a cable television, and an additional cable television is located in the living and dining area. The open-hearth fireplace in the living room adds a distinctive alpine warmth to the space. Heat is provided throughout the chalet via gas heating complemented by underfloor heating, ensuring a consistently comfortable temperature across all areas.
Outdoor living is equally well catered for, with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 2 deck chairs available for guests to enjoy the surrounding natural scenery. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
