"Vista Valle" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental spanning 100 square metres, offering a south-facing position that floods the interiors with natural light throughout the day. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and features partly sloping ceilings that lend the space a charming alpine character. Renovated in 2018, the property combines comfortable and cosy furnishings with a bright, spacious atmosphere.

The main living area comprises a large open-plan kitchen and living room fitted with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A raclette grill and a fondue set for cheese are also available for guests to enjoy. The kitchen flows naturally into a generous dining area, making it an ideal space for shared meals. A separate open large living and dining room with cable TV and radio completes the main floor social spaces.

The first double bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offers direct access to a balcony. The second double bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also provides access to a balcony. The single bathroom includes a bath and WC. On the upper floor, a further room with sloping ceilings contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a cosy and private retreat within the apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. In the kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine are available to handle everyday household needs with ease. Guests who enjoy outdoor cooking will appreciate the portable barbecue located on the terrace, which is complemented by terrace furniture and a dedicated sitting area, creating an inviting space for al fresco dining and relaxation. The private patio and large terrace, partly roofed, offer breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, the garden, and the surrounding countryside.

For warmth and ambiance, the apartment features an open-hearth fireplace in the kitchen and living room, as well as underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a consistently pleasant temperature during cooler months. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Das Haus, die Ferienwohnung , der Garten ist wirklich super schön. Auch die Umgebung ist schön, idyllisch, ländlich und ruhig. Der einzige Nachteil, vielleicht etwas abgelegen.
