"Poolside" is a charming 2-room vacation rental apartment of 45 m2, situated on the ground floor in a south-facing position, accommodating a maximum of 3 guests. The apartment was fully renovated in 2018 and features a bright, spacious layout with comfortable and cosy furnishings throughout. The open-plan living and dining area is generously sized and benefits from excellent natural light, with direct access to the garden and the private patio. The 1 double bedroom is equipped with 2 bed options: 1 single bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm and 1 double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, along with a dining table for meals. Please note that CoffeeB (Migros) capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The apartment enjoys a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
