The property is reserved exclusively for holiday purposes, and bookings made for any other intent will not be accepted. The apartment operates a strict non-smoking policy throughout all indoor and outdoor areas. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted by default; a second pet may be accommodated upon request, subject to an additional payment calculated per dog per day, to be settled directly on site. For the safety of all guests, a smoke alarm is installed within the apartment.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
