Thoughtfully furnished with cosy wooden furniture throughout, the apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The spacious living and dining room spans 40 m2 and serves as the heart of the apartment, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere with direct access to a 7 m2 balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. The first bedroom measures 11 m2 and features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom measures 5 m2 and is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for younger guests. The kitchen area is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering. The bathroom features a shower and WC.

For the safety of all guests, the apartment is fitted with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher. Please be aware that access to the upper floor is via an external wooden staircase, which guests should take into consideration when planning their stay.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
