The property is organized across 2 distinct houses, each with its own living and sleeping areas, making it an ideal choice for larger groups or families seeking both shared and private spaces.

The first house features a living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV on the ground floor, alongside an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC. Also on the ground floor is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a shower and WC. On the upper floor of the first house, there are 3 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 1 double bed, a shower and WC, and air conditioning; 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower and WC, and air conditioning; and 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. A separate shower and WC is also available on this floor.

The second house offers a living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV on the ground floor, with access to a balcony. On the upper floor of the second house, there is 1 open room with 1 double sofabed, a shower and WC, and air conditioning. Both houses share access to a balcony and a roofed terrace of 40 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, and enjoying a distant view of the sea.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
