Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and practical living and dining area, complete with a dining table and a flat-screen television, with direct access to a partly roofed terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private retreat. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 70 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making them ideal for children or additional guests. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC, ensuring convenience and privacy for all occupants.

The mobile home is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, complemented by forced-air heating to keep you comfortable regardless of the season. The kitchenette is well appointed with 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease. A flat-screen television is available in the living and dining area for your entertainment. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted on the property. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The terrace is furnished and partly roofed, offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax. Additional facilities include a children's high chair and a baby cot available for children up to 2 years old, provided as an extra. Internet access via WiFi is also available as an extra service. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises for your safety.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
