The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 70 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. The kitchenette is well-appointed with 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays.

The mobile home is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and pleasant atmosphere during warmer months, as well as electric heating to keep guests comfortable during cooler periods. A microwave is available in the kitchenette alongside the other cooking appliances. Entertainment is provided through a flat-screen television situated in the living and dining area. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
