"Verena" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 68 m2 situated on the first floor, offering a south-facing position that fills the space with natural light throughout the day. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, combining a spacious and bright atmosphere with modern, cosy furnishings. The open-plan living and dining area features a dining table and provides direct access to the large south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom is a large room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 210 cm. The second bedroom is a smaller room equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a steamer, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra cost. For your entertainment, a flat-screen cable television is provided in the living and dining area. The apartment benefits from underfloor heating throughout, keeping the space warm and comfortable. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and a children's high chair, making the property well suited for families. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the apartment.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
