The open living and dining room is generously proportioned and features a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light, a dining table, and direct access to the large south-facing balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture. The 1st bedroom is a large double room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The 2nd bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living and dining area, completing the thoughtfully designed interior layout.
