The second bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat-screen television, and its own access to the terrace. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
