The apartment also includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and a separate WC. The property faces the courtyard side and offers a beautiful view of the garden.

The small kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of appliances, including a mini-oven, a full oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Tassimo capsules, which are available as an extra. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
