The second bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width as well as 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it perfectly suited for children or additional guests. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and is fitted with 2 hot plates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. The single bathroom features a shower and WC. The property also benefits from a terrace and a private patio, from which guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
