"Cappone" is a charming 2-room apartment of 36 m2 situated on the 1st floor, designed to accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, specifically 2 adults and 1 child. The apartment features 1 bedroom equipped with 2 beds: a single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The living and dining area is bright and thoughtfully furnished, offering direct access to a private terrace with sea views and terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for everyday use. The apartment also includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. Access to the apartment is via an exterior spiral staircase, which is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

The apartment is offered by a commercial proprietor in accordance with Art. 155, IV, CGI. The final cleaning of the kitchenette is to be arranged independently by the guests. The property operates under a strict non-smoking policy, and the premises are not suitable for small children. Children staying at the property must be of sufficient age and ability to ascend and descend the exterior spiral staircase independently, under adult supervision at all times. The staircase providing access to the 1st floor is not suitable for individuals with mobility difficulties, and this should be taken into careful consideration prior to booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
