On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a gallery with sloping ceilings offers an additional sleeping space with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 185 cm in length. Please be aware that ceiling heights in the gallery range from 130 to 220 cm due to the sloping roof. The property has 1 bathroom in total, consisting of a shower and WC. It is important to note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically the gallery on the upper floor, which functions as the second sleeping zone within this 2-room layout.

The kitchenette on the ground floor is well equipped for self-catering stays, featuring 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. A television is available in the living and dining area, providing entertainment during downtime. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
