Please be aware that ceiling heights in the gallery range from 130 to 220 cm due to the sloping roof. The property has 1 bathroom in total, consisting of a shower and WC. It is important to note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically the gallery on the upper floor, which functions as the second sleeping zone within this 2-room layout.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
