On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a gallery with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 130 to 220 cm houses 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 185 cm in length. Please be aware that this sleeping area is not an enclosed bedroom but rather an open-plan space. The property also benefits from a 20 m2 east-facing terrace, complete with terrace furniture, ideal for enjoying the morning sun.

This vacation rental is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In the kitchen area, you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. - 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
