The upper floor hosts the 2 bedrooms: the first features 2 single beds and 1 sofabed, along with direct access to a 10 m2 balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, while the second bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed. The single bathroom on this floor is fitted with a shower and WC.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
