The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed, also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private sleeping space. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped and forms a functional part of the living area. A south-facing roofed terrace of 6 m2 extends the living space outdoors, complete with terrace furniture and a pleasant view of the swimming pool.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
