The third bedroom includes 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC. A kitchenette on this level provides access to the terrace and is complemented by a separate shower and WC. On the upper floor, the fourth bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a bidet, a separate WC, a shower, and a private exit to the balcony. The south and east facing terrace extends across 30 m2 and offers views of the swimming pool and the garden.
