As these items are shared across several cottages, it is strongly recommended that you confirm availability in advance before your stay. The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor temperature throughout your visit. The shallow loft within the property, while an interesting architectural feature, cannot be used as a sleeping area due to the lack of a designated emergency exit, and this must be respected during your stay.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
