The single bathroom is also located on this floor. On the upper floor, a third bedroom offers a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length; please be aware that this room does not feature a window. The property benefits from a south-facing position with a 4 m2 terrace, a covered balcony, and a very beautiful view of the sea, making it an exceptional retreat for those seeking both comfort and scenery.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
