The studio features a combined living and dining area furnished with 1 double fold-away bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making efficient and comfortable use of the available space. The single bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. Direct access from the living area leads to a generous private terrace of 15 m2, complete with terrace furniture, ideal for enjoying the southern exposure throughout the day.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable indoor climate regardless of the season. Entertainment is provided through a flat screen television. The kitchenette is well appointed and features 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, offering everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Internet access via WiFi is available as an extra service.

This property is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises. Please be aware that WiFi connectivity is available at an additional cost and is not included in the base rental price.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
