The angular swimming pool, measuring 8 x 3 metres with a depth of 100 to 130 centimetres and accessible via an internal staircase, is available from 15 May to 16 October and is fitted with a shutter cover. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby for rinsing off after a swim. The patio area is perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining, complemented by a barbecue for outdoor meals. The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 6 guests, with a configuration of up to 5 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age, and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across its 2 floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright open large room furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 180 cm in length. This room provides direct access to the garden. The ground floor also includes a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules (available as an extra), a raclette grill, and a cheese fondue set. A shower room with WC and a separate WC complete the ground floor bathroom facilities.

On the upper floor, you will discover an open large living and sleeping room featuring a panoramic window, a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen cable television with international channels, and a radio. This room opens directly onto a balcony. A separate double bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own bath with WC, as well as direct access to a second balcony.
