The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table, providing a practical space for shared meals. A door from the kitchen leads directly to the terrace, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor living areas. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is equipped with a fan. The second bedroom, featuring sloping ceilings, contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length as well as 1 french bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a fan. The third bedroom, also with sloping ceilings, is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The property also benefits from a 25 m2 terrace offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the forest, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
