It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in open areas rather than enclosed bedrooms. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and a separate WC, completing the functional and well-considered interior layout.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
