On the main level, the living and dining area is furnished with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping option alongside the lounge space. A flat screen television is positioned in the living area for your entertainment. Direct access to a 4 square metre balcony is available from this floor, where balcony furniture is provided and a beautiful view of the sea can be enjoyed. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the main living space. The upper floor is accessed via a steep staircase and features a gallery with sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 90 to 150 cm, illuminated by a rooflight. This gallery accommodates 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, including the gallery.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
