This level also includes a separate WC and direct access to the terrace. The lower ground floor hosts a shower room. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom on the upper ground floor contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a television; the second bedroom on the upper floor features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a television; and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
