Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including this alcove, are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom. The living and dining room serves as the central gathering space of the apartment, while a kitchenette offers a practical and well-equipped cooking area. The apartment includes 1 shower and WC. A small balcony of 4 m2 extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a beautiful view of the sea.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Très déçue par la propreté et l'hygiène de l'appartement. Moisissures dans la cabine de douche, Toiles d'araignée dans les coins et sous les matelas, forte odeur de renfermé! La literie sale (matelas, coussins, ... ) sans compter l'ancienneté et l'accumulation des poussières et acariens!!!!!
