This level also includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a kitchenette and a shower with WC. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, features a gallery of 13 m2 with sloping ceilings, where an additional sleeping area is arranged with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The apartment contains a total of 1 bathroom in the form of a shower and WC unit. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
