Also on the ground floor, a private room of 18 m2 is equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with its own shower and WC. The fully open kitchen, measuring generously and fitted with a range of appliances, leads directly out to the garden. A separate shower and WC is also available on the ground floor, accessible via an independent external entrance. On the top floor, 2 rooms of 17 m2 each feature charming sloping ceilings with ceiling heights ranging from 110 to 245 cm and are each fitted with a rooflight that fills the space with natural light.
