- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Absolutely wonderful villa, deceptively spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, nicely appointed with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday, and possibly the best welcome pack we have ever had!

Set in a lovely quite residential area but not far from the attractions,. The local beach is not great, but when you are only a few minutes drive from the great beaches at Pollenca and Alcudia it doesn’t really matter.

Only complaint was the local management company and key holders. After a three hour delay to our flight we did not land till after 6pm, we called the key holder out of hours number provided by EasyReserve, only to be told that they had no record of our booking, and worse still claimed not to have ever heard of EasyReserve. Fortunately one of our party spoke Spanish, and after 20mins back and forth they located our booking and we were given the Key code to access the villa.
