On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 80 m2 serves as the heart of the property, featuring a flat screen television with cable and international channels, as well as direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. An open kitchen is fully integrated into this living space and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms of 15 m2 each are furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each features its own shower and WC, a flat screen television, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony. A third bedroom of 15 m2 is appointed with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a shower and WC, air conditioning, and its own balcony access.
