The first double bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second double bedroom offers a more spacious french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and provides direct access to a loggia, creating a pleasant space for relaxing or sharing meals. The open kitchen, which is fully integrated into the living area, leads out to a balcony, where balcony furniture is provided and a panoramic view of the sea can be enjoyed. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment was partly renovated in 2025 and is presented with cosy and functional furnishings throughout.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
