A second living and sleeping room within the same structure includes 1 sofabed measuring 100 cm by 190 cm, 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a further exit to the terrace.

The main building contains 2 apartments on the ground floor. The first apartment comprises a living and bedroom area with an open kitchen. The second apartment offers a living and dining area of 60 m2 with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm by 200 cm and an exit to the terrace, an open kitchen, 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm with a private shower and WC and access to the terrace, and 1 room with 2 beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm with access to a balcony of 4 m2. The property includes a total of 4 bathrooms distributed as 1 bath and WC and 3 shower and WC facilities. Outdoor spaces include 2 terraces of 30 m2 each, a terrace of 15 m2, and a balcony of 4 m2, all offering views of the swimming pool and the garden.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
