A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this level, complete with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a shower room with a separate WC. The upper floor hosts the remaining 4 bedrooms. The first of these features 1 French bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and benefits from air conditioning. The second room on this floor is equipped with 3 beds each measuring 90 cm x 140 cm and includes a shower with WC. The third is a large room offering 3 beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm along with 1 double bed composed of 2 units of 90 cm x 190 cm, and is also fitted with air conditioning. The fourth upper-floor bedroom contains 1 French bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and has its own shower with WC. An additional bath with WC completes the upper floor. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
