Direct access from this space leads to the garden, the terrace, and the swimming pool. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and elegant sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 bunk bed of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a versatile space suitable for both children and adults. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Dolce Gusto capsules for the coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
