On the ground floor, the property functions as a self-contained apartment featuring a living and dining room equipped with 2 sofabeds measuring 100 cm in width and 180 cm in length, as well as a separate dining area with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living spaces. This floor includes 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length with access to the terrace and the swimming pool, the second features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a satellite TV. The ground floor is completed by 2 shower rooms with WC. The living and dining room also provides direct exit to the terrace and to the swimming pool.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, is divided into 2 separate apartments, each comprising a living and dining room and 1 bedroom, all featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 160 to 300 cm. The first upper-floor apartment includes a living and dining room with 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 200 cm in length, satellite TV, and air conditioning, along with 1 bedroom fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and access to the balcony. The second upper-floor apartment offers a living and dining room with 1 sofabed measuring 110 cm in width and 190 cm in length, satellite TV, and air conditioning, together with 1 bedroom containing 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and access to the balcony. The upper floor is served by 2 shower rooms with WC. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the floors, and when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
