This floor includes 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length with access to the terrace and the swimming pool, the second features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a satellite TV. The ground floor is completed by 2 shower rooms with WC. The living and dining room also provides direct exit to the terrace and to the swimming pool.
