Please be aware that the owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is permitted directly at the holiday house, making arrival and departure straightforward and stress-free.

"Melon" is a beautifully appointed 4-room terraced house spanning 135 m2, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious and bright living and dining room, elegantly furnished with tasteful décor, and features a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also located on this level. The ground floor living area opens directly onto a terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each benefiting from individual air conditioning and direct access to a private terrace. A bath and WC serve this floor. On the 2nd upper floor, a third bedroom is available, equally appointed with a French bed of 140 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and its own terrace access, complemented by a shower and WC. The property features 2 large terraces furnished with outdoor furniture, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
