The access road to the Malvaglia Valley is subject to a toll fee, payable either in cash in Swiss francs or by credit card. The toll machine is located in Caslou, immediately after crossing the bridge. The road to the property covers a total of 7 kilometres and is narrow throughout, with 4 kilometres running along an unmade mountain road. The remaining section leads to a 10-metre steep footpath that provides the final approach to the house. The mountain road begins 13 kilometres from Malvaglia, with a real travel time of approximately 30 minutes. The use of a car is strongly recommended. Please be aware that animals are present in the neighbourhood.

On the ground floor, you will find an open dining room complete with a dining table and access to the garden, alongside an open kitchen equipped with a gas stove with 4 gas rings, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese, as well as a wood-burning stove. The bathroom on this level features a shower and WC. On the first upper floor, an open living and sleeping area houses 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a direct exit to the terrace. On the second upper floor, an open space with sloping ceilings provides 4 additional beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of enclosed bedrooms, some sleeping areas are situated within open-plan spaces such as galleries or alcoves. The property enjoys a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside.
