On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining area provides additional communal space, with direct access to the private patio and the swimming pool. This level hosts 2 further bedrooms: 1 room featuring 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length combined with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 additional room with 1 French bed also measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
