This elegantly renovated vacation rental is a 1-room studio of 27 square metres situated on the 4th floor, offering a south-facing position with a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 sleeping area configured across an open-plan layout, with 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is furnished with 1 pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. A sleeping alcove, separated from the main living space by a sliding door, contains 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is worth noting that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are located within an open-plan arrangement, including the alcove. The bathroom features a large shower of 120 x 80 cm, and a separate WC is also provided. The studio further benefits from a private balcony in a south-facing position that is not vis-à-vis, completing the thoughtfully designed interior configuration.

The open kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, and a combination microwave, providing everything needed for meal preparation. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
