The studio also benefits from an open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living space. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC combination. A south-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors, completing the layout of this charming and cosy retreat renovated in 2022.

The studio is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive. The open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. Heating is provided by an electric heater as well as an electric fireplace, ensuring warmth throughout your stay. For entertainment, the living area includes a flat-screen Smart TV, though please be aware that there is no antenna connection available. The property also benefits from complimentary WiFi internet access, keeping you connected throughout your visit.

The studio is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed for your safety. A covered parking space numbered 104 is available for 1 car, with a height clearance of 180 cm and a width of 200 cm.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
