The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and benefits from its own air conditioning unit, as well as access to a balcony. The second bedroom is arranged with 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm. A third sleeping space on the upper floor accommodates 1 bed measuring 110 cm. The single bathroom on this floor includes a bath, bidet, and WC. A large terrace complete with terrace furniture completes the property, offering marvellous views of the sea, the countryside, and the resort.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
