The second bedroom is appointed with a French bed of 160 cm and includes a private bathroom with bath and WC. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment. The property also benefits from a large balcony with a south-east facing orientation, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
