The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

The upper floor hosts all 5 bedrooms. 2 rooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and each is served by a private shower and WC. A further 2 rooms each offer 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, also with individual shower and WC facilities, and these rooms provide access to the 6 m2 balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture. The fifth bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and is appointed with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
