You will be staying in the "Girasole" 2-room apartment, which spans an area of 40 square meters and is situated on the ground floor. The apartment underwent partial renovation in 2019 and features simple and modern furnishings, including a small living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a flat-screen TV. From the living area, you can access the garden and patio directly. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a panoramic window.

Amenities Included
The kitchenette is equipped with two hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave for your convenience. The apartment also includes a shower, bidet, and toilet. A boiler with a capacity of 60 liters is provided, although there is no heating option available. Outside, you can enjoy a small patio area furnished with terrace furniture and two deck chairs, offering a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the garden.
