The Ortensia is a 1-room apartment that spans 30 square meters on the ground floor. It underwent partial renovations in 2019 and features simple and modern furnishings. The apartment comprises a living/sleeping room with a double bed, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a flat-screen TV. You can access the garden and patio directly from the living area.

Amenities Included
The kitchenette is equipped with two hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave for your convenience. The apartment has a shower, bidet, and WC, along with a 60-liter boiler. Although there is no heating option, you can enjoy the patio area, which features terrace furniture and two deck chairs. You will also have access to an iron, a hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi during your vacation.

The Ortensia offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the garden. Please note that the apartment is a non-smoking unit and does not have a freezer compartment in the refrigerator. Additionally, there are no mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site, except for the local tax. For your safety, a fire extinguisher is provided in the apartment.
